1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of summit88.co.za and the pages, forms, content, and links made available through it (the "Site"). The Site is operated under the Summit88 name. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site provides

The Site describes digital services and products, including websites, AI agents, system automations, and ready-to-use apps. The descriptions are general information only. They are not a quote, offer, promise of availability, or service-level commitment. Any project scope, price, timetable, ownership, support, or other commercial terms must be agreed separately in writing.

3. Contact and careers forms

You may submit information through the contact form or careers form. You agree that the information you provide is accurate, that you are entitled to provide it, and that you will not submit unlawful, malicious, or misleading material.

Contact submissions may include your name, email address, company, selected service, and message. Career submissions may include your name, email address, role, portfolio link, message, and CV or resume. These submissions are sent through FormSubmit and delivered to Summit88's configured email address. FormSubmit is an independent third-party service and its own terms and privacy practices also apply.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, trade secrets, special personal information, or confidential client information through these forms. Email and third-party form delivery cannot be guaranteed to be secure or uninterrupted.

4. Personal information

Summit88 processes information submitted through the Site to respond to enquiries, assess career applications, communicate with you, prevent abuse, and operate the Site. Production visits may also be measured using Vercel Analytics. Information may therefore be processed by Summit88 and the third-party providers used to deliver these functions, including FormSubmit, Vercel, hosting providers, and infrastructure providers.

We aim to process personal information lawfully, for defined purposes, and with reasonable safeguards in line with applicable data-protection law, including the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). You may contact us at support@summit88.co.za to ask about personal information submitted through the Site, subject to applicable legal requirements and reasonable identity verification.

This page is not a substitute for a full privacy notice. Where a separate privacy notice or provider policy applies, that notice governs the relevant processing in addition to these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the Site, probe or bypass its security, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that harms its operation, misuse a form, impersonate another person, infringe another person's rights, or use the Site to send spam or unlawful content.

6. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Site and its content—including its text, branding, graphics, layout, code, and visual assets—belong to Summit88 or its licensors. You may view the Site for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, republish, sell, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission.

Third-party names, products, logos, and links remain the property of their respective owners. LangaChat is a separate product and its use is governed by its own terms.

7. Third-party services and links

The Site uses or links to third-party services, including FormSubmit, Vercel Analytics, Google font resources, and LangaChat. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or policies. Review the relevant third-party terms before using those services or submitting information through them.

8. Availability and disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise that it will always be available, accurate, complete, current, secure, or free from errors or harmful code. Information on the Site should be evaluated against your own requirements before you rely on it.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summit88 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or a third-party service linked from it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud or intentional misconduct.

10. Changes

We may update the Site or these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised update date. Your continued use of the Site after an update means that you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights and applicable law, disputes relating to the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
