After the 14-day period, we do not offer refunds for partial months of service or for unused portions of annual subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your billing period.
3. Professional Services
Refunds for professional services (such as custom website development or integration setup) are handled according to the specific terms outlined in your service agreement. Generally, deposits for professional services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
